Return Process

Oh well... have you made up your mind and want to do a return? Fair enough, let's get the ball rolling!

First, please let our team know at support@charlottemode.com. You may do so at any point within 30 days after you've received your package.

When you reach out, we will quickly let you know everything you need to proceed with the return. Once securely packaged, please send the package to the provided return address along with its tracking code.

However, the items must be in a certain condition so that the return can be accepted - unwashed, unworn and with original tags still attached. So if you're thinking you can wear that shirt for a week on a beach and then return it - nope.

Refunds

And of course then there's the actual refund, isn't there? Once we receive your package and have a peak inside, we'll let you know by email if the return is accepted. If it's the good news and it is, you can expect your money back within 7 days.

Cancellations

Let's take it one step further than a mere return, do you need to cancel your order? You can, but hurry - you should do so before it's dispatched (and it takes us just 1-2 days on average to do that). You can still obviously still return the items later, but you're gonna have to cover that pesky return shipping costs.

This isn't what I've ordered!

Oh no - is something wrong with the package? Sometimes it can be the wrong size, different color, or maybe the shorts are a bit damaged?

Please take photos and report the issue within 24hrs of receiving the package. Let us know at support@charlottemode.com what the problem is and we'll take care of it.
