Shipping Process - so what happens after I order?

Oh, that's quite simple you know - a little celebratory dance, maybe we pop the champagne... But on a serious note:

After you place an order, expect a confirmation email with all the juicy details. This also means the clock on dispatch is now ticking, and it will tick for 1-2 days before we are ready to place the order in transit.

Then, please wait for 5-7 days before it arrives (depends on your location). But don't worry, once dispatched, we'll send you another confirmation email and this one will also contain your track & trace code.

Cancellations

Let's take it one step further than a mere return, do you need to cancel your order? You can, but hurry - you should do so before it's dispatched (and it takes us just 1-2 days on average to do that). You can still obviously still return the items later, but you're gonna have to cover that pesky return shipping costs.

Just let us know at support@charlottemode.com in time and we'll make it happen.

This isn't what I've ordered!

Oh no - is something wrong with the package? Sometimes it can be the wrong size, different color, or maybe the shorts are a bit damaged?

Please take photos and report the issue within 24hrs of receiving the package. Let us know at support@charlottemode.com what the problem is and we'll take care of it.

Delayed Orders:

Most orders arrive within 9 days (max 2 handling and max 7 transit). If 9 days have passed since you've ordered and your package isn't on your doorstep, please be patient and wait at least 3 more days before you contact us - sometimes delays happen (most notably because of weather related issues).
